How to manage a Routing Form

This article covers how to manage Routing Forms by editing permissions, viewing responses, and exporting results to stay on top of important form data.

How to edit Routing Form permissions

  1. Navigate to your Routing page and open the form you want to edit.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select Edit permissions.
  3. Enter the name or email of the user you want to add.
  4. Once you've added those users, select Apply to save your changes.

How to view Routing Form responses

  1. Navigate to your Routing page.
  2. Locate your form, and select the three dots next to it.
  3. Select Responses.

Alternatively, you can access the Responses tab inside the form.

You'll be able to view the response date, destination result, questions, and answers. You can also use filters, such as result type, event type, and date range to narrow down the responses.

How to export Routing Form responses

Once your Routing Form is live and has collected responses, you can export the results as a CSV file.

  1. Navigate to your Routing page.
  2. Locate your form, and select the three dots next to it.
  3. Select Export results.

Alternatively, you can export responses from the Responses tab inside the form.

Exporting a large number of responses may show a "Queued" message, and the results can take up to 24 hours to be delivered by email.
