Add an extra layer of protection to your Calendly account by enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). When you sign in with your password, you'll be asked to enter a one-time code generated by your authenticator app, ensuring that only you can access your account.
Before you begin
- Make sure you have access to your mobile phone when signing in to Calendly.
- Each time you sign in, you'll need to enter a verification code along with your password.
- Download and install an authentication app on your device. Calendly 2FA works with most time-based, one-time password (TOTP) apps, such as Authy or Google Authenticator.
How to enable 2FA
- From the Account settings drop-down menu, select Profile.
- Select Login preferences.
- Navigate to Two-factor authentication and toggle it On.
- Verify your password when prompted.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
- Enter the verification code from your authenticator app to complete the setup.
How to disable 2FA
- From the Account settings drop-down menu, select Profile.
- Select Login preferences.
- Navigate to Two-factor authentication and toggle it Off.
- Verify your password when prompted to confirm the change.
