Let your invitees know where you're meeting by specifying the location for each of your event types. Set a physical address, add a web conferencing link or allow your invitee to determine where the event will take place.

Set the location
From your Event Types page, select the event you would like to edit. Indicate the location for each event type within the What event is this? section. You can enter an address, phone number or use our GoToMeeting integration to set up a web conference.
Let invitees decide
If you're setting up a one-on-one event type, when you choose Let invitee decide, Calendly asks your invitee for their location preference. Once scheduled, the location they enter is added to all notifications and calendar events.
Where location is displayed
You can have the location details displayed on your scheduling page or choose to show them only after an event has been confirmed. Calendly will always include the location information in the calendar event, as well as the confirmation email your invitee receives.
