IMPORTANT UPDATE: COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Virtual meetings have become essential as more people are working and learning from home than ever before. With that in mind, we've added our Zoom and and GoToMeeting integrations to our Basic plan so all Calendly users can access these features for free, indefinitely. Google Hangouts and Google Meet remains free for those who prefer that option.
Many web conferencing options
There are several ways to integrate Calendly with your web conferencing platform (including Join.me, UberConference, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Skype and more), depending on your workflow.
Adding static conference details to calendar invites
If you use the same conference link or dial-in number for all your meetings, add that info under "Location." It will automatically appear in the calendar invite every time a meeting is scheduled.
This is ideal for any platform that allows you to use the same link for every meeting—including Join.me, UberConference, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, etc:
Generating unique conference details for every new meeting
If you're a GoToMeeting user, try our native integration. With other platforms, use the steps below:
1. Let invitees know you'll add meeting details once the event is scheduled:
2. Once an invitee books a time, generate a new meeting from your web conferencing platform, then update the calendar event with the details.
3. Optional: save more time by using Zapier to automatically generate each new meeting. Learn more about Zapier right here.
