Customize the details that appear on your personal scheduling page within your account settings, located within the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your dashboard. Edit the welcome message that invitees see when they arrive to schedule with you.
Show or hide the Powered by Calendly branding that appears on your scheduling page and in notifications by toggling the setting at the top of your Account Settings page.
Calendly allows you to add your company's branding or profile photo to the top of your scheduling page. Navigate to the Picture menu within your account settings to upload and crop an image to greet your invitees when they arrive to pick a time with you.
Update your scheduling link at any time from the My Link section in your account settings. This URL will lead invitees to your personal scheduling page. Keep in mind, updating your primary URL will update all of the event type links on your personal scheduling page. Any links you've shared previously will be inactive.
To edit a specific event type's link, navigate to your Event Types page and expand the drop-down menu under the gear icon for that event. Click Edit, then open the What event is this? section. Customize the Event Link and update any hyperlinks you have saved with the new information.
Do you have a Google or Office 365 email address? When you sign up for Calendly, you'll be prompted to log in using SSO, or single sign-on. This allows you to access your account with your email credentials, so you never have to create a new password. If you have a different type of email address, you can create a Calendly-specific password to enter when you log in.
To update your login email or password, visit the Password section of your account settings and follow the prompts. Switching email platforms and need SSO turned off or on? Contact our support team to make the change for you.
Updating your account email will not affect your connected calendar. Visit your Calendar Connection page to make any appropriate changes.
