Change sign-in email or password
IN THIS ARTICLE:
If you're using Google Calendar or Office 365, Calendly prompts you to log into your account using SSO (single sign-on), so you'll never need to create or remember a password to log in.
If you're using any other type of email address, Calendly prompts you to create a password, which you'll enter each time you log into your account.
Changing your sign-in password
1. Log out of your Calendly account.
2. From Calendly.com, select Log In.
3. From there, you can request a password reset email.
Changing your sign-in email address
If you need to update your login email and will be on the same email platform (ie., from Google to Google), you can update your email address in your Account Settings under the Login tab:
To change the email address to a different platform (ie., Google to O365), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We've got you covered.
NOTE: changing your sign-in email address does not automatically change the calendar connected to your account (your original calendar will remain connected, even after you've changed your sign-in email).
If you'd like to change your connected calendar, you can do so at any time from your Calendar Connection page.
