Setting up events with calendar invitations
When you enable calendar invitations for your event types, your invitee receives a calendar invite (rather than a standard email confirmation) after scheduling with you.
This ensures that both of the attendees are on the same calendar event, so your invitee will be notified of any edits you make to the meeting--like adding a web conference link, updating the meeting's location, etc. This feature is only available to Google and Office 365 users, and it can not be enabled for group event types.
To set up calendar invitations:
Under the "Invitee Notifications" section, select calendar invitations
And add any personalization you prefer.
When an invitee schedules with you, the "Location" or "Where" section of the calendar event will populate with your "Location" info
