Create event types on a team page that are hosted by specific users. This allows invitees to select who they'd like to meet with.
For example, you can:
- Offer meetings with members of a support team with different specialties
- Schedule advising sessions or conferences with teachers or faculty-staff
- Allow invitees to choose a sales team member that represents their region
Before you begin
- Set up a team page with your hosts added as team members.
It's also encouraged that you make sure your team members have their calendars connected. You can see your users' calendar connections by viewing their profile.
Setting up host-specific event types
- Using the My Calendly drop down menu, navigate to your team page.
- Click + New Event Type.

Select or Collective or Round robin
- It will not matter which you select, since we will be assigning only one host.

Deselect all hosts except for the host you want to assign to this event type.
- We recommend adding the name of the host in the event type title.
- Customize the event type to your needs.
- Repeat the process for each team member.
How to share your team page link
Once you have created all your event types, you can share the team page link by clicking the settings gear on the right of your team page and selecting Copy link.
