Create rules for non-repeating availability by defining time intervals on a specific date.
Set availability for specific dates
Start by clicking the day you would like to add custom availability to. Enter the new time interval and apply the changes to the specific date to tell Calendly when you would like to be available for that day.
Your date-specific availability will be outlined in black so you can easily tell that it is non-repeating.
Block specific dates from availability
You can remove specific dates from your regular availability in two ways:
- Remove your availability on specific dates within just one or some event types
- Remove your availability on specific dates across all event types
To remove your availability within just one or some event types:
Blackout a specific day by opening your preferred event type(s) and clicking the day. Select the "I'm unavailable" option. Apply the changes to that specific date to prevent scheduled events.
Once it is applied, the date will be labeled OFF, so you can easily tell the changes have gone into effect.
To block a range of dates, select "Or apply to multiple..." and choose the days you would like to show as unavailable. You can disable scheduling for specific dates or for recurring days of the week.
To remove your availability across all event types:
Create an event in your connected calendar during the dates/times you don't want to be available. Ensure it's marked "busy."
