In this article we will walk you through how Calendly analytics can be used within your Calendly organization.
How Calendly analytics work
Calendly’s reporting dashboard allows you to view usage metrics across your entire organization. This is available for account owners and administrators, and shows data from up to one year in the past.
The dashboard can be accessed by selecting the Analytics button within the left sidebar.
From here you will see boxes displaying your organization’s event data…

Some boxes, such as Popular Times, can be clicked on to view more detailed data.
Customizing your dashboard

Filtering Calendly analytics
You can also use the buttons at the top of the dashboard to filter data by:
-
date,
-
user,
- teams,
- event types,
-
and groups
Analytics for end users
If you are a Calendly user and NOT an owner or admin, you will be able to view your personal event data as shown above. You will not be able to see any data for other users in your organization.
Note
Admins do not have a toggle to view themselves as a user. If you want to view your own data, you can filter by your name in the organization's analytics dashboard!
Routing form analytics
Note: Routing form analytics are available to users on our Teams plan and above. For more details, check out our Pricing page.
From the Routing tab in the Analytics dashboard, you can track and evaluate the journey from initial form submissions—including those from Calendly, Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot—to successfully scheduled meetings. Here, you can monitor your form conversion rates, a critical step in reporting key performance metrics to your team, ensuring a more effective 'speed to lead' process.

Exporting data from the dashboard
Data can also be exported as a CSV file and downloaded to your computer. NOTE: both the event data and the employee data must be exported as unique .CSV files.
