Easier Scheduling with Calendly's updates!

Calendly is happy to share some exciting news! You may notice some updates to our event types and our web application. We have enhanced the usability of Event Types and our home page, allowing you to spend less time on setting up Calendly and more time focusing on crucial meetings that drive conversions, attract top talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, ultimately leading to significant business gains. Our Calendly application will now have:

By adding a navigation bar to the left side of the Calendly homepage, you can now navigate through your Calendly account and admin settings to ensure everything is set up as desired.

Account Settings: Customize your Calendly account settings to ensure your account is set up exactly how you want it. From adding a profile image, connecting personal calendars, assigning personal login preferences and more. 
Admin Center: Calendly Owners and Admins can set up organization specific settings within their Admin center. Here you can create groups, assign permissions to your team and make changes to your Calendly subscription!

With schedules, you can set your availability at the account level and easily make date specific changes to keep your availability in sync with your goals!

Holidays: Avoid any unwanted scheduling conflicts effortlessly. Our holidays feature automatically blocks event types scheduling on major-holidays, based on country specific calendars!
Schedules: Schedules are designed to make setting up your availability easier. Along with schedules you will also have the option to assign date specific hours (previously known as date overrides) within your availability tab and your event type settings.

Calendly Standard Support is included in every paid subscription. However, only owners and authorized admins from your company can make certain account requests. You can contact Support by logging in to Calendly  and navigating to the Help section at the top right-hand side of the navigation bar. From there, users can:

  • Select Chat with us and start a conversation with our Support team
  • Or choose Help Center and browse our collection of knowledge base articles
