Set custom hours for event types from the mobile app

  1. From the Event types screen, select the event type you’d like to edit.

  2. Scroll down to Days and times and select Schedule.

  3. To set availability specific to this event type, select Custom hours, then Edit.

  4. On the Weekly Hours tab, to make yourself available or unavailable for a day, move the switch towards the day of the week to turn it on or away to turn it off, then update the time frames you’re available for the remaining days.

    • Add additional time frames for each day if needed by selecting + and remove time frames by selecting the x icon.

  5. To adjust your availability for specific dates, select the Date overrides tab.

    • Swipe left or swipe right to navigate through different months. Select the dates you’d like to assign specific hours to and enter the start and end times of your availability for those dates. Once finished, select Use these times.

    • (Optional) Add additional time frames for each day if needed by selecting + and remove time frames by selecting the x icon.

    • (Optional) To block off an entire day, turn on the toggle for Mark me as unavailable this day. Once finished, select Set as unavailable.

      Note: You will no longer be able to view availability for specific dates once that date has passed.

  6. To finalize your work, select Save, or if you’re using Android, the blue check mark in the top right corner of the screen.
