Need to update your availability while you're out? Use the Calendly mobile app to adjust your hours in just a few taps. Here's how.
Edit a schedule from the Availability page
Step 1 – Open your Availability page
- Open the Calendly app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Account icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- From Settings, tap Availability.
- Tap the schedule you want to edit.
Step 2 – Edit your schedule
You can edit your schedule using Weekly hours or Date-specific hours.
- Weekly hours: Best for recurring weekly availability
- Date-specific hours: Best for unique, one-off availability
Weekly hours
- Tap Weekly hours at the top of the page.
- Select the days you want to update.
- Choose one of the following:
- Set the same hours for all days
- Set availability for each day individually
- To add multiple time intervals, tap the + icon.
- To mark a day as unavailable, deselect it at the top of the page.
- Available days appear blue
- Unavailable days appear white
- Tap Save at the bottom of the page.
Date-specific hours
- Tap Date-specific hours at the top of the page.
- Select a date from the calendar.
- Choose one of the following:
- To set available hours: Scroll to choose your time intervals, then tap Use these times.
- To mark the date as unavailable: Toggle on Mark me as unavailable this day.
- Tap Save at the bottom of the page.
Note
If you update a schedule from the Availability page, make sure it's applied to all event types that use that schedule. Learn how to apply a schedule to an event type.
Edit your availability from an event type
You can edit your availability directly from an event type.
- From your home screen, tap the event type you want to edit.
- Tap View event type details.
- Scroll to Days and times and tap Availability.
From here, you can:
- Select an existing schedule
- Edit or review an existing schedule
- Create a custom schedule
- Edit your custom schedule
When you're done, tap Save changes.
