How to troubleshoot available hours

Calendly is not reading busy events on my calendar

If Calendly isn’t recognizing an event on your calendar, try these steps:

  1. Go to your Calendar settings page.
  2. Make sure the connected calendar or sub-calendar matches where you’ve added the event.
  3. Confirm the event is marked as busy in your calendar.

I added date specific hours to my Calendly availability

If you see differences between the availability you set in Calendly and what shows on your scheduling link, try these steps:

  1. If you set your hours on your Availability page, make sure your schedule is assigned to the event type.
    • Use the Active On dropdown in your schedule to check if it’s active on the right event types.
  2. If an event type doesn’t fit an existing schedule from your Availability page, adjust its hours in the event editor's Availability section.

Note: If date-specific hours were set in the Availability section of your event type editor, they only apply to that specific event, not to all events. For further help, contact our support team.
